One of the big takeaways from my experience there was the importance of being candid -- even as it pertains to pushing people out of their comfort zones.
It's all-too-easy to stay polished and poised, but I'm finding that real impact is made when I truly "own" who I am and what I do. My friends have referred to me at times as an "agitator" -- someone who pushes and provokes people out of their comfort zone and into breakthrough.
